The Lichtstuetze are eleven giant lamps, designed to illuminate the therapeutic baths in Bad Kissingen.

The translucent skin of the lamp is wrapped around a sub-structure to the columns that support the roof. A high-specification lighting system in combination with a special foil distribute the light evenly within the lamp while the skin diffuses it further. LEDs enable varying colour schemes and lasers create patterns and animations which are projected to the back of the skin to create a specific ambience for events.
